Description: Recreational play in the Jack London Youth Soccer League, against clubs across the Richmond, El Cerrito, Albany-Berkeley, Alameda, Oakland area. At this level of play, we emphasize strategic thinking, skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Details:
- FALL season runs from mid-August to mid-November
- WINTER season runs January - February (SEE WINTER Futsal)
- SPRING season runs mid-March to early June
- Practices are held twice during the weekday, for 1.5-hours each session (typically @5:30pm)
- Games are on either Saturday or Sunday
- Game format: 9v9, including a goalkeeper, for two 30-minute halves
- Team size: 12-15 players
- Locations: Local Emeryville or North Oakland fields | Emeryville Center of Community Life turf field, Tom Bates Sports Complex (Berkeley)
